craftsman kit with metal sides, roof and ends, with wood block interior construction.
These made Japanese Model Kit from "Hobby Shop Shinohara, Sumiyoshi-Cho Nakaku Yokohama
are very nice wood & matel kits almost like Athearn metal line
HISTORY: After WWII service men often built these kits that were sold at the "
HOBBY SHOP SHINOHARA sumiyoshi-cho nakaku yokohama" and later imported by International Model Products
In the earliest days kits came in plain boxes with drawing instructions in Japanese.
Later boxes were often a brown leather look with added top label "International's Scale Model Locomotive & Car kits" with instructions in english.

This one of the best kit i build over the year from Campbell i build over 15 of the e what i did so far cutting out the window and door along with building the wall

Today did lot of cutting and laying out the foundation and boiler room & office .I did the boiler room wall by first cover wall with 3m transfer tape then cut clear plastic stone sheet about 1/64" wider then wall then lay the stone onto the 3m transfer tape
